Reb Avraham of Revigo was a wealthy Jew who caught the spirit of the Holy Land from fundraising Jerusalemites. Settling in Jerusalem himself, he founded and supported a yeshiva where an international student body studied kabbalah. His letters are a testament to how much one Jew can accomplish for the Jewish people as a whole.
