Rabbi Moshe Feinstein was known as the most world-renowned halachic authority of the 20th century in America and throughout the Diaspora. His famous work, entitled the Igrot Moshe is the name of a street located in the neighborhood of Ramot Shlomo in Jerusalem. After first giving an outline of the history of Rabbinic Responsa over the centuries, Rabbi Wein draws on his personal relationship with Reb Moshe to give the listener a first-person account of this most holy of men.
